GlobalTrax Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Subject to the limitations contained in this Limited Warranty, your new GlobalTrax tires are warranted under this Limited Warranty against failures due to defective materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years of from the date of tire manufacture or two (2) years from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.

Kenda Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
All Kenda/Loadstar tires come with a manufacturer warranty for five (5) years from the date of tire manufacture. This date is determined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and can be found on the tire sidewall. This warranty covers defects due to defective materials and workmanship.

Hankook Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of new Special Trailer (ST) tire manufactured by HANKOOK Tire and Technology bearing Department of Transportation (DOT) prescribed tire identification numbers.
Eligible tires shall be used on the vehicle/equipment on which they were originally installed according to the vehicle/equipment manufacturer’s or Hankook’s recommendation. This warranty applies if all following qualification requirements are met:
- The tire was purchased on or after January 1, 2024.
- The tire is a size, load rating and speed rating equal to or greater than that recommended by the vehicle/equipment manufacturer.
- The tire has not become unserviceable due to a condition listed under WHAT IS NOT COVERED.
- The tire is within six (6) years from the date of manufacture or six (6) years from the date of purchase, whichever benefits the customer.

Rainer & Eco-Trail (Tredit) Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Warranty Period is as follows: For Tredit tires, for issues not relating to weather checking, whichever comes first: (i) the life of the original tread; or (ii) the following amount of time from the date of purchase: Six (6) years (all Tredit radial brands), Sixth-year coverage (all other non-Tredit radial tire brands with 5-year manufacturer coverage), or Two (2) years (all Tredit bias tire brands); or for Issues relating to Weather Checking, whichever comes first: (i) the life of the original tread; or (ii) two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Greenball Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Your Greenball tires are warranted against failure due to factory defective materials and workmanship for four (4) years from the date of manufacture, or two (2) years from invoice date of purchase; verified by an original or copy of the invoice.
If the tire fails due to defective material(s) or workmanship during the first 10% of tread wear, the tire will be replaced with a new comparable tire without charge.
Treadwear Prorated Replacement Tires that do not qualify for a free replacement will be replaced with new comparable tire based upon the remaining value of the tire (percentage of tread worn, multiplied by our current pre-determined adjustment price). Owner pays for any mounting and/or balancing charges.

Trailer King Trailer Tire Warranty Information

This Limited Warranty is made by TBC Brands and applies to TRAILER KING RST/RST+ ST trailer tires purchased on or after January 1, 2022. The original purchaser is entitled to the benefits of this limited warranty unless a warranty exclusion applies and/or the purchaser has failed to comply with this Limited Warranty’s use and maintenance requirements.
All TRAILER KING RST/RST+ tires are warranted against failures due to defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original tread, or five (5) years from the date or purchase (whichever comes first).

Freestar Trailer Tire Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Every tire, tube and wheel supplied by Tireco is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations.
If an examination of a warrantable product determines that the product has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, a reasonable allowance toward the purchase of a new product at current prices or other adjustments will be made at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Adjustments will be made on a pro-rata basis determined by the amount of usage or service received by the product and will be based on the most recent purchase price (proof of purchase is required).
