Maxem Trailer Lighting Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Badger Tire & Wheel provides 12-month warranty coverage from the date code on all products; except 24 months for headlamps against defects in materials, components, and workmanship.
There is no implied coverage or express for any other costs, such as labor costs, travel, incidentals, and collateral damage.
The following situations are not covered by warranty:
- Human-made damage
- Modifications and alterations
- Improper installation
- Chemical Exposure
- Voltage spikes, transients, and over-voltage over state specifications.
If there is ever a situation where a warranty may not cover, it can be discussed between Badger Tire & Wheel and the customer.

Ram (Pacific Trailer Products) Trailer Component Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
This warranty applies solely to those products manufactured by Pacific Trailer Products, Inc (PTP). The warranty period is one (1) year from the original customers date of purchase. Any warranty request must be submitted to PTP within three (3) months of the alleged issue. Any requests submitted after three (3) months of the alleged issue will be denied.
If any part or parts manufactured by PTP should prove defective within one (1) year from the date of original purchase, PTP will replace the product without charge and within a reasonable time or, at PTP's option, refund the purchase price.

Excalibur Trailer Wheel Accessory Warranty Information
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Excalibur Wheel Accessories are warranted under normal and reasonable use to be free from defects in workmanship, materials, and structural integrity for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty excludes surface rust which can be prevented with proper care.
