Job Summary:
Responsible for inside and outside sales of wheels, tires, trailer, & recreational components while providing outstanding relations to existing and new customers nationwide.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate long term relationships with existing clientele
- Actively search & recruit new target customers
- Develop & maintain ongoing records of existing and potential customers
- Perform outbound call campaigns designed to qualify sales and buying opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales quota in assigned territory
- Stay updated with latest Badger and industry competitor products
- Ensure effective internal communications between Sales and Support teams
- Manage forecasting and projections & update pricing/costs, etc.
- Manage and update pricing & costs
- 25% travel, mainly in Wisconsin (will return to)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Management experience required
- Min 3 years Sales experience required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Highly competitive drive
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Saleforce software experience
- Must have valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
- Associate/ Bachelor’s degree
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- Dedication to continual self-improvement
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
- Demonstrated sales aptitude exceeding quota or sales goals
- Strong negotiation skills
- QuickBooks experience
