Standard Limited Warranty
All RSR, RSX, and RS7 aluminium trailer wheels sold by Badger Tire & Wheel are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below.
This warranty excludes:
- Cosmetic damage caused by weathering
- Used, reconditioned, or blemished wheels
Clear coat finishes are covered against peeling, cracking, and similar defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Structural integrity is covered under a lifetime warranty, provided the failure is not caused by external forces. If a product is determined to be defective upon inspection, Badger Tire & Wheel may, at its discretion, offer a reasonable credit toward the purchase of a replacement product at current pricing or provide another form of adjustment. Proof of purchase is required. Returned new wheels that are missing original packaging or have damaged packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Terms, Conditions, and Limitations
Even properly manufactured products may fail due to factors beyond the manufacturer’s control. This warranty does not guarantee that product failure will never occur.
What Is Covered
- Applies only to products sold in and used on vehicles registered and operated in the United States or Canada
- Valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
What Is Not Covered
Does not cover costs related to:
- Mounting or balancing
- Installation or service labor
- Taxes or additional fees
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper conditions, including but not limited to:
- Improper installation, mounting, or repair
- Overloading or improper inflation
- Excessive speed, racing, drifting, or spinning
- Off-road or unintended use
- Use of non-approved rims or components
- Continued use while under-inflated
- Misalignment or imbalance
- Mechanical issues (e.g., brakes or suspension defects)
- Accidents, collisions, abuse, or intentional damage
- Exposure to chemicals, oil, fire, or excessive heat
- Improper storage, vandalism, or environmental damage
- Water or debris trapped inside the product

Your Legal Rights
Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
Badger Tire & Wheel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law, including:
- Loss of use
- Loss of time or profits
- Vehicle downtime
- Personal injury or death
Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state or province.
